Roddis Lumber offers 30 day open accounts with approved credit.
We accept all major credit cards, business and personal checks with proper identification.
$25.00 Return fee on all NSF checks.

Delivery

• Expect dependable deliveries, our goal is to “get it right”, please report any quality or quantity problems immediately.
  
• We have a $500.00 minimum for delivery.
  
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special Orders

• 50% Down payment required for special orders.
  
• No returns on special order items.
  
• Due to insurance regulations we are unable to allow material to be cut on our premises.  All material is sold in full size sheets or boards.
